Rayder Healthcare Services Private Limited ("Medrayder," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Medrayder Distributor and Medrayder Shop mobile applications and the medrayder.com, medsupply.medrayder.com, and medshop.medrayder.com websites (together, the "Services"). • Business information: business/shop name, GST registration number, drug license number, business type, and shop address, provided when you register as a distributor or retailer.
• Transaction data: orders you place or fulfill, invoices, payments, credit and financing requests, and return requests.
• Location data: your shop's approximate location, if you choose to provide it during registration or when logging field visits (sales representatives only).
• Device and usage data: basic technical information such as app version and device type, used for troubleshooting.
• Uploaded documents: drug license copies or order sheets you choose to upload.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and verify your business credentials (KYC).
• To process and fulfill orders between distributors and retailers on the platform.
• To generate invoices, track payments, and process financing requests.
• To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
• To send order-related and account-related notifications.
• To improve the reliability and functionality of our Services.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including pharmaceutical trade regulations.

3. How We Share Your Information

Because Medrayder is a marketplace connecting distributors and retailers, certain information is necessarily shared between parties to a transaction — for example, a retailer placing an order will see the fulfilling distributor's business name, and vice versa. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Other users of the platform, limited to what's necessary to complete a transaction (e.g. order details, business name, delivery status).
• Our financing partners (including ICICI Bank, where you choose to apply for financing), solely to process your application.
• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. cloud hosting, SMS/OTP delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
• Government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required to comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations applicable to pharmaceutical trade records.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed password storage, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights and Choices

• You can access and update most of your account information directly within the app.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at the email below, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain transaction and tax records.
• You may opt out of non-essential notifications from within the app's settings.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for business use by adult pharmacy and distribution professionals and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
